Candle Wax Before Melting

What type of candles do you make

Our candles provide an all-natural approach to lighting up your home. We only use ingredients sourced in the USA and our candles are made from 100% soy wax, grown in the midwest. They are nontoxic and provide a pleasant, natural scent that will help create a cozy atmosphere.

What is your return policy?

At Audrey's Candle Co., we are unable to accept returns. If you have received a damaged candle, please contact us at audrey@audreyscandleco.com and we will make it right, 

What if i live locally and want to pick my candle up?

At Audrey's Candle Co., we understand the importance of convenience and have therefore created a local drop-off service for customers in the Western New York area. Beat shipping prices with our $5 delivery fee. This applies to all orders within a 15 mile radius of our shop in Colden, NY. Free pickup is available at select times. To place a local order, simply email us at audrey@audreyscandleco.com with your order details and we will take care of the rest.

What are the payment options?

At our candle shop, we accept a variety of payment options. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal directly on our website. For local orders only, we also accept Venmo and cash. We strive to make the payment process as easy and secure as possible. If you have any questions or concerns about payment options, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
